Deskripsi pekerjaan PRE-OPENING BAR SUPERVISOR SMOKE BALI
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service execution
- Lead and support bartenders and bar team during operations
- Maintain high standards of cocktail preparation, beverage quality, and presentation
- Monitor stock levels, inventory, and daily bar requisitions
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
- Assist in developing cocktail menus and beverage programs
- Handle guest interactions professionally and maintain excellent service standards
- Train new team members and support ongoing staff development
- Coordinate closely with Restaurant Manager and Operations team
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Bar Supervisor or senior bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service
- Leadership skills with positive and hands-on attitude
- Excellent communication and team coordination
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of stock control and bar cost management
- Fluent in English is preferred
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
