Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Understanding of Export-Import procedures & Indonesia Custom Regulations is a plus.
- Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solver, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willing to be placed in Jababeka 2 - Cikarang, West Java.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire procurement cycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Manage the entire export-import process, from shipping to goods receipt.
- Prepare and review the completeness of export-import documents.
- Coordinate with forwarders on shipping documentation and administrative processes.
- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Prepare reports on procurement or export-import activities and performance.
- Continuously improve procurement or export-import processes and identify opportunities for cost savings.
