*Position: Waitress*
**Job Ad:**

**Description:**
As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our guests while ensuring a seamless dining experience. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to the needs of our patrons with professionalism and enthusiasm. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized dining area and assisting with various tasks to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
2. Present menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, and promotions.
3. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
4. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately according to established standards.
5. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
6. Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions efficiently.
7. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
8. Assist in stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
9. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and efficient operations.
10. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
11. Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
12. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
**Requirements:**
1. Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus). BAHASA INGRIS - wajib untuk Berbicara bahasa inggris
2. Minimum 1 year of experience serving food and drinks in a restaurant or similar establishment.
3. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service.
6. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Advantageous: Previous experience or skills in kitchen and bar operations, including coffee preparation.
