The role of Waiter / Waitress involves greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, communicating effectively with kitchen staff, handling payments, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a friendly and professional workplace.
Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in English and public speaking.
