Deskripsi pekerjaan Pramuniaga & Surfer PT Bali General Supply (BGS)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Provide product recommendations and information based on customer needs.
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
Product Knowledge:
- Understand and communicate key features of surf, skate, and merchandise products (boards, gear, apparel, accessories).
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promos, and product trends.
Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure all products are displayed neatly and attractively according to BGS brand guidelines.
- Restock displays and maintain store tidiness throughout the day.
Inventory Handling:
- Receive, check, and store incoming stock properly.
- Monitor product levels and report low stock or fast-moving items to the Store Manager.
- Ensure accurate tagging, labeling, and pricing of all merchandise.
Store Operations:
- Support daily opening and closing routines, including cash handling, cleanliness checks, and visual reset.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
Loss Prevention & Security:
- Stay alert and follow procedures to prevent theft or damage.
- Report suspicious activities or inventory issues immediately.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in surf, skate, or lifestyle products (surfer or skater)
- Passionate about retail and customer service.
- Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling basic reporting tasks.
- Surfer or Skater.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
