KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome and assist passengers during boarding and disembarkation.
Guide passengers to their assigned seats.
Deliver safety briefings and travel-related information.
Ensure passenger comfort and provide excellent customer service throughout the journey.
Respond professionally to passenger inquiries and emergencies.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of passenger areas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Female, single.
Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
Well-groomed with a pleasant appearance.
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
Customer service-oriented and able to work in a team.
Physically fit and willing to work on rotating schedules.
Passport ownership is an advantage.
