Deskripsi pekerjaan PR & MARCOM MANAGER Will Meyrick Restaurants
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and well-connected PR & Marcom Manager to lead the restaurant’s public relations, marketing communications, brand positioning, partnerships, and promotional activities.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent knowledge of the hospitality and restaurant industry, and an established network with media, KOLs, influencers, travel agents, and relevant industry partners.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PR, Marketing Communications, Hospitality Marketing, Restaurant Marketing, or a related field in the F&B industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of PR, marketing communications, branding, and digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong media relations skills with an established network of Local and international media, Food and lifestyle journalists, KOLs and influencers, Travel agents, Hotels and tourism partners, Corporate and lifestyle communities
Strong understanding of the Bali hospitality and tourism market is an advantage.
Creative, proactive, and able to develop new marketing and PR opportunities.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Able to manage multiple projects, events, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and partnership management skills.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with the restaurant management and operational teams.
Strong organizational and presentation skills.
Willing to attend events, media gatherings, networking activities, and restaurant activation outside regular office hours when required.
