Deskripsi pekerjaan PPIC Supervisor PT ITL Indonesia Private
Responsibility :
1. Production Planning : Create and manage production schedules based on demand forecast and inventory.
2. Material Requirement Planning : Analyze production plan to calculate raw material needs and Coordinate with purchasing to ensure on-time delivery.
3. Inventory Control :
- Monitor stock levels and movements of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain minimum and maximum inventory limits.
4. Warehouse Coordination :
- Coordinate inbound and outbound material movements
- Ensure FIFO and proper storage conditions.
5. Production Monitoring:
- Track production progress and report deviations.
- Propose solutions for delays or backlogs.
6. ERP / MRP System Usage:
- Ensure timely and accurate input into ERP system.
- Train subordinates on system usage.
7. Reporting
- Submit production planning and inventory reports.
- Analyze trends and propose improvements.
8. Team Management:
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of PPIC staff.
- Provide coaching and development
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
2. ≥ 3 years’ experience in PPIC or similar manufacturing planning role
3. Strong understanding of MRP, production processes, and inventory control
