Job Description
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of production workers.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with production schedules.
Oversee the goat milk production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Monitor product quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary to meet specifications.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including daily reports, shift logs, and inventory records.
Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance and metrics to the Production Manager.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Production Leader from food & Baverage manufacturing company
Experienced in monitoring production process, raw material availability, production report in order to achieve production target
Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production.
Have good leadership skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
Works with GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001 and 22000 standards
Willing to be placed Sleman - Yogyakarta
