📍Location: Sidoarjo, East Java
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily production planning control to achieve production targets.
- Directly control and monitor shop floor execution and material flow.
- Ensure parts supply availability and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Create purchase requisitions (PR) for materials and parts.
- Analyze, maintain, and manage inventory levels for all stock categories (raw material, non-BOM, finished goods).
- Follow up with related parties to resolve dead stock issues.
- Utilize MRP systems and SAP PP/MM for planning, control, and tracking.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Min. 2-3 years of proven experience in Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Capacity Planning.
- Proficiency in utilizing SAP (PP and MM modules) for production planning and materials management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and data analysis.
- Hand-on experience in production line balancing and productivity optimization.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Good command of English (written and spoken) for cross-functional communication and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and addressing production-related issues.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to coordinate teams and work effectively across departments.
