Production Planning & Control
1. Prepare daily production plans and coordinate process sequencing on the production floor
2. Calculate cycle time for each process as the basis for capacity planning and output targets
3. Schedule sorting activities and rework processes including workforce allocation
Material & Inventory Control
4. Inspect incoming materials from suppliers against delivery documents for quantity and condition
5. Conduct periodic stock opname and summarize raw material usage as the basis for procurement planning
6. Monitor and document raw material stock and non-conforming products
Quality & Product Compliance Control
7. Monitor and manage non-conforming products to prevent mixing with standard products
8. Oversee production layout to ensure compliance with established standards
9. Inspect and ensure proper documentation of rejected products before determining follow-up actions
