Deskripsi pekerjaan PPIC Manager DWI KRAFI | LASKALA BATIK GROUP

Job Purpose

Merencanakan dan mengendalikan produksi serta kebutuhan material agar proses berjalan optimal sesuai demand, kapasitas, dan timeline.

Job Responsibilities

A. Production Planning

Menyusun:

Master Production Schedule (MPS)
Production plan berdasarkan demand

B. Material Planning

Membuat:

Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
Memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku

C. Inventory Control

Mengontrol:

bahan baku
WIP
barang jadi

D. Coordination

Sinkronisasi dengan:

Merchandising (forecast)
Produksi (capacity)
Warehouse (stock)

E. Lead Time Management

Mengontrol timeline produksi
Menghindari delay dan bottleneck

Job Requirements :

Min. S1 (Teknik Industri / Supply Chain)
Pengalaman 5–8 tahun di PPIC
Memahami MPS, MRP, inventory control
