About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated PPC Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist based in Bali or Java (Indonesia) to join our growing international marketing team in Denpasar.
The ideal candidate is an expert in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and has additional experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, or Shopee Ads. This role is focused on driving performance marketing campaigns that generate measurable growth across global e-commerce markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Support advertising activities on Bing Ads, TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads, or Amazon Ads (bonus advantage)
- Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign performance (CPC, ROAS, CPA, CTR)
- Conduct keyword research and implement PPC strategy aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with creative and design teams to improve ad performance
- Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audiences
- Use Google Analytics and other tracking tools to evaluate performance
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising & performance marketing
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in PPC / Google Ads / SEM role
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads and/or Amazon Ads is a strong plus
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and in an international team
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred but not mandatory

Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: IDR 4,000,000 – 8,000,000+ per month
- Final salary will be negotiated based on experience and proven skills
