QUALIFICATION :
• Pendidikan SMA
• Memiliki minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai SPV
Powder Coating.
• Mengerti prinsip kerja Pre Treatment dalam proses
Powder Coating
• Mengerti prinsip kerja dan sistem dalam Powder
Coating
• Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai Mesin Powder Coating
• Mampu bekerja dengan mandiri, disiplin, jujur dan
bertanggung jawab
• Kooperatif bekerja dalam team
• Berinisiatif dan disiplin dalam bekerja secara individu

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Supervisi terhadap proses Pre Treatment
• Supervisi terhadap pengerjaan proses Powder Coating
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap mixing dan formulating
Powder Coating
• Melakukan pengujian hasil Powder Coating
• Membuat Laporan Teknis (Technical Report)
• Input laporan di system.

Yuzuru Yamakawa who was fortunate not to have the handicap as his brothers was asked to join the company to help the family in managing the business. He studied at design school at night while working in the business during the day. His efforts and talent made Yamakawa Rattan grow to become one of the most renowned company in Japan specialized in creating high quality design oriented rattan furniture.
