We are seeking a skilled Post Production Content Specialist with expertise in both photo and video editing to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and producing high-quality visual content for various platforms, including campaigns and social media.

This role involves close collaboration with the content production team and content creators, requiring a creative individual who stays current with industry trends and can contribute innovative ideas while working efficiently within a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Skillfully edit and enhance both photo and video content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant software.
• Collaborate closely with content production teams and content creators to produce visually compelling content.
• Manage the entire post-production process for both photos and videos, from concept development to final delivery.
• Create engaging visual content for various platforms, including social media, marketing campaigns, and podcasts.
• Stay informed about current trends in both photo and video production, as well as social media, to ensure the creation of relevant and innovative content.
• Contribute creative ideas and propose innovative approaches to photo and video content creation.
• Work effectively within a creative team, sharing ideas and supporting team members to achieve collective goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of both photo and video projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously with precision.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Photography, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in both photo and video editing and production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant photo and video editing software.
• A strong portfolio showcasing advanced skills in both photo and video editing.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends in both photo and video production, as well as social media.
• A creative mindset with a proven ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality outputs in both photo and video content.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
