Job Brief:

Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and oversee the overall business operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, managing staff performance, maintaining service quality, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent people management skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced service environment.

Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Lead, supervise, and develop operational teams to maintain high levels of performance, professionalism, and customer service
  • Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience
  • Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Monitor sales performance, operational KPIs, and business profitability, providing regular reports and insights to management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, health and safety regulations, and operational best practices
  • Manage inventory levels, procurement activities, and vendor relationships to support business operations
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery initiatives in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to support business growth, customer retention, and operational improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence to enhance overall business performance
  • Foster a positive working environment and strong team culture aligned with company values

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management, Branch Management, Store Management, Hospitality Management, or other relevant leadership roles within service-oriented industries
  • Proven experience managing day-to-day operations and leading operational teams
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong understanding of business operations, customer service excellence, and performance management
  • Experience in managing operational budgets, business targets, and profitability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
  • Proactive, hands-on, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
