Job Description
- As a Business Development and Social Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and online presence. Your primary responsibilities will included
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the company's client base and market reach
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients and partners to generate leads and sales opportunities
- Creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, articles, and multimedia content
- Managing social media accounts and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership
- Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business development and social media strategies with overall company goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or social media management (internship experience may be considered)
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative strategies and solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
