Position: HR Assistant - Bilingual (Bahasa/English/Chinese)
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both English and Chinese.
Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary documentation.
Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide information in both English and Chinese.
Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Age range: 23-30 years old. Female candidates are preferred.
