Job Description :
- Possess a thorough understanding of generators.
- Have knowledge of ship electrical machinery.
- Participate in and lead a team in conducting general and top machinery overhauls.
- Execute Planned Maintenance System (PMS) on vessels.
- Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment or systems on board.
- Analyze issues and identify appropriate solutions.
- Direct the crew on board the vessel to perform routine maintenance and repairs according to the established schedule.
- Conduct trials and tests on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Report work results, findings, and corrective actions to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and technical regulations.
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and technical supplies.
Requirements :
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Port Captain
- Possesses an ANT I certification.
- Between 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a Multinational Shipping Company
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Location: West Jakarta (Head Office) with a willingness to be assigned to any location
