Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Administration, Law, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in English, especially in written communication.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in tenders, project management, or related roles is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the tender process, from document preparation to result evaluation.
- Ensure projects run according to targets through cross-team coordination.
- Monitor and manage the company's OKR (Objectives & Key Results) achievements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and tender procedures, including e-Procurement and LPSE.
- Analyze project data and provide reports and improvement recommendations.
- Monitor tender information through e-Procurement and LPSE platforms.
