Job Description:
- Manage and maintain daily travel and personnel movement data to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Monitor and consolidate project-related administrative data, schedules, and operational information.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and periodic project reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
- Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate data from various stakeholders to support project monitoring and decision-making.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, project personnel, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
- Follow up on outstanding information, documentation, and action items with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, trackers, and databases related to project activities.
- Monitor project administrative activities and ensure that required information is submitted according to agreed timelines.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to support project monitoring.
- Identify data discrepancies, reporting gaps, and administrative issues and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them.
- Support the PMO team in monitoring project progress, deliverables, schedules, and key administrative activities.
- Assist in improving existing reporting and administrative processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data visibility.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative and analytical support to the project management team as required.
- Work closely with the Jakarta-based team during roster rotation and ensure smooth handover of information and reports.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in PMO, project administration, operations administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in data management, reporting, data analysis, and project administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data processing, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Experience in developing and maintaining trackers, databases, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in a remote mining site in Timika, Papua for the long term.
- Willing to work under a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster, with rotation between Papua and Jakarta.
- Willing to comply with site rules, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Male candidates preferred.
