We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia, to lead our production operations and contribute to the continued success of our business.

The Production Team Leader and Plywood Department Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plywood production department, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating with various teams to meet production targets, maintaining quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The manager will also be tasked with supervising production staff, providing guidance and support, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for analyzing production data, identifying areas for optimization, and working closely with the management team to achieve operational goals.

Candidates for this position should hold an Associate Degree and have between 5 and 10 years of experience in production management or a related field. Experience as a Production Operator and Supervisor is highly preferred, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.
