Plumbing, HVAC & Fire Safety Protection Engineer
Responsibilities:
-Review and coordinate plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
-Review engineering designs, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
-Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural requirements.
-Monitor site installation and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
-Identify clashes, technical problems, and construction issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
-Assist with inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
-Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project disciplines.
Requirements:
-Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
-Relevant experience in HVAC, plumbing, and/or fire protection systems.
-Experience in building, warehouse, industrial, or commercial projects is preferred.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage.
-Good technical coordination and problem-solving skills.
Criteria:
* Must possess a valid SKK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja)
* Preferably under 30 years old
* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
Note: Salary will be adjusted based on the candidate's skills and experience
