Job description for Platform Talent Acquisition Collaborator (Full-time/ Part-time) at Finjobs
- Identify, approach, and acquire new potential candidates for Finjobs’ Clients.
- Learn to evaluate candidates based on their profile and understand their career needs
- Help develop candidate and client relationships.
- Working closely with the manager and the team to complete administrative tasks.
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
- Conducting research, or gathering information through surveys by speaking to clients and staff.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
- Any related tasks.
- Final-year students or freshers are accepted
- Strong self-motivation.
- Sourcing skill is a must;
- Fast-learner, willing to adapt to business changes
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English would be advantageous.
- Ability to cope with rejection.
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Superb interpersonal skills.
- Full-time: 3 Mio VND Base salary + 3 Mio Bonus if 100% KPI is achieved
- Part-time: 1.5 Mio VND Base salary + 1.5 Mio Bonus if 100% KPI is achieved
- KPI Bonus Details:
- > 70% KPI : 100% Bonus x Actual Completion
- < 70% KPI : No Bonus
- Flexible working hours/location
- 1 paid leave per month
- Include in Company Team building trips if scheduled during the collaboration period.
