About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Platform Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of Sangray's digital ordering platforms, including TikTok GO, GoFood, and GrabFood.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of TikTok GO, GoFood, and GrabFood platforms.
- Set up and activate vouchers, promotional campaigns, and bundling offers.
- Ensure menu, pricing, product availability, and promotional information are accurate across all platforms.
- Coordinate with the Marketing & Content team to ensure promotional campaigns are executed accurately across platforms.
- Monitor platform operations and campaign performance.
- Track key operational performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly operational and performance reports.
- Support operational projects and platform optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major (Business, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, or related fields are preferred).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively within a team.
- Willing to learn digital platform operations.
