Deskripsi pekerjaan PLASTIC INJECTION SUPERVISOR/LEAD/HEAD PT INFINITE TECH BATAM
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage 20 to 30 injection molding machines, fully responsible for the preliminary mold trial production, production scheduling, organization, and management of the injection molding workshop;
2. Evaluate the production capacity and develop capacity expansion plans based on the factory location, equipment, and personnel to budget;
3. According to the production plan, responsible for reviewing and issuing production orders in the injection molding workshop, arranging and organizing production work, and inspecting and guiding the implementation of production plans. Complete production tasks on time, with quality and quantity and timely delivery;
4. Maintain and upkeep production equipment to ensure its normal operation, and reduce downtime and maintenance costs;
5. Record the injection molding process during the trial mold/production process, analyze the rationality of product structure, mold structure, and machine parameters in the production process, and propose improvement suggestions; Promptly point out and correct any adverse behaviors discovered during the production process in the injection molding workshop;
6. Strictly control the production of raw materials and auxiliary consumption, burning, waste, etc., and control production cost;
7. Control losses caused by human factors, equipment factors, etc;
8. Responsible for supervising, inspecting, assessing, and managing the production and operation situation daily;
9. Develop emergency plans for sudden abnormalities (equipment, production, etc.);
10. Willing to work/train in China for a year.
11. Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, major in plastic injection, mechanical engineering, molding, mold, electromechanical, mechanical, materials, or related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in plastic injection molding and production management, with knowledge of debugging fully electric injection molding machines is preferred;
3. Possess strong cost control awareness, process optimization, organization, and excellent ability to analyze and solve problems.
4. Proficient in the knowledge of injection molding materials, plastic mold structures and maintenance, injection molding process flow, auxiliary materials, production equipment, production processes, and key control points; and strong abilities in injection molding cost control, production anomaly analysis, and resolution.
5. Proficient in operating Haitian injection molding machines and other electric/automotive injection molding machines and robotic arms, as well as dual color injection molding, upper and lower molds, and the molding process and quality control methods of products.
6. Familiar with plastic materials and their processing technology, proficient in production, quality, cost control, 5S, assessment management, and efficiency improvement in injection molding workshops.
7. Familiar with production schedule control, quality, engineering supervision, personnel management, arrangement, scheduling, education and training.
9. A strong sense of responsibility, and strong abilities in planning, organizing, communicating, coordinating, and executing.
