- Coordinate and build production schedules based on demand forecasts, material availability, and machine capacity.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
- Analyze production metrics and performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimize the supply chain workflow.
- Adjust planning schedules dynamically to accommodate urgent orders or unexpected production delays.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [1-2 years] of experience as a Production Planner, Materials Planner, or a similar role in manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills to negotiate and coordinate across different departments.
