Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Expertise in using CAD software such as AutoCAD Plant3D, ZWCAD, Naviswork Freedom, DWG Trueview
Ability to interpret P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams)
Strong ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly
Skills in managing multiple project deadlines
Meticulous to ensure the precision and accuracy of technical drawings
Responsibility
Develop detailed technical drawings for piping layouts and systems
Prepare isometric drawings (showing pipelines in 3D) verify that designs meet engineering specifications, industry standards, and regulatory codes
Work closely with engineers, designers, and other project staff to incorporate changes and updates
Assist in preparing bills of materials (BOMs), performing quality checks on drawings, and providing technical clarifications
Conduct site visits to verify existing in-field conditions of piping and equipment
Keep project technical files accurate, organized, and up-to-date
