Pilates Studio Manager

Job Description :

• Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all areas,
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling Pilates instructors to maintain high-quality classes,
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or feedback,
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones,
• Ensure the studio meets all health and safety standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff,
• Handle administrative duties, including class scheduling, client records, and financial management.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
• Pilates certification or fitness-related qualification is a plus
• Previous experience in studio management, fitness, or hospitality industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Health and Pilates Industry
• Administrative skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and reporting
