No experience in Sports/ Wellness industry? That’s okay.

Physiotherapy / Sports Science graduated is a plus.

Founded in 2016, Cardea started as a small space with a simple intention, to help people reconnect with their bodies through safe, mindful, and guided movement. Over the years, we have grown steadily into a network of studios across Indonesia, while staying true to what matters most: care, attention, and quality of movement.

Our approach combines Physiotherapy principles with Pilates, allowing us to support not only fitness, but also rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term body awareness.
