About the role
PIC Sales – Modern Trade manages and maintains strong relationships with Modern Trade customer accounts, responsible for achieving sales targets and sell-out performance on assigned accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain good relationships with customer/account Modern Trade
- Achieve sales targets and sell-out on assigned accounts
- Monitor stock, orders, POs, and product availability at each outlet
- Monitor display, promotions, and sales programs at outlets
- Coordinate with SPG/Promotor to ensure activities and sales targets run optimally
- Conduct analysis and reporting on sales performance, stock, and outlet activities
- Communicate and follow up with Buyer/PIC Modern Trade
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams regarding account needs
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, distribution, and product visibility
About you
- Minimum D3/S1 qualification, preferably in Marketing, Management, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years experience in Sales/Modern Trade/Account Management
- Experience in Distribution, Retail, FMCG, Electronics, Home Appliance, or Kitchenware is a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication, analysis, and relationship management skills
- Accustomed to working with targets and sales data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
