PIC LEARNING CENTER
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily learning center operations, including student enrollment, class scheduling, attendance, and administrative records.
2. Promote learning programs, recruit new students, and maintain good relationships with parents.
3. Coordinate with teachers to ensure effective learning activities and monitor students' learning progress.
4. Assist in teaching activities and preparing learning materials when needed.
5. Communicate with parents and prepare reports on student enrollment, attendance, and learning activities.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum D3/S1, preferably in Education or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of teaching methods, particularly for young children.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and well-organized.
5. Experience in education or child development is an advantage.
