PIC Area (2 weeks)

Coinfest Asia is looking for a PIC Area to join our on-ground team for the event. As PIC Area, you will be the point of contact and person in charge for a designated area within the event venue, making sure everything runs smoothly, attendees are well-managed, and all relevant teams are properly coordinated. You'll be our eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring your area delivers a safe and seamless experience from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take full ownership of a designated event area throughout the event duration.
• Coordinate with relevant teams on-site (security, production, operations) to address any issues in real time.
• Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors assigned within your area.
• Respond quickly to incidents or changes and escalate when necessary.
• Report area updates and any notable issues to the core team during and after the event.

REQUIREMENTS

• Based in Bali or available to be fully on-ground in Bali during the event period.
• Has exeperience in handling event with the related position.
• Good English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, able to manage an area independently.
• Calm under pressure and quick to make decisions when things don't go as planned.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
