Physics Teacher for Secondary (GURU FISIKA SMP - SMA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Physics lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to engage students in hands-on and inquiry-based learning.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to support interdisciplinary learning and curriculum development.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 1–2 years teaching experience at the middle school level, preferably in Physics or General Science.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passionate about education and committed to student development.
• Proficient in using technology and digital tools for teaching and learning.
• ⁠Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiar with Cambridge Syllabus and able to make Lesson Plan.
• Able to work in a team or independently
