Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PHP development.
Strong hands-on experience with Laravel, Symfony, or other modern PHP frameworks.
Experience designing and developing secure RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
Strong understanding of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, etc.).
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud deployment is preferred.
Experience with automated testing (PHPUnit or similar).
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Design and implement secure, scalable APIs (REST/GraphQL) using PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
Manage data modeling, database optimization, and application performance.
Ensure application security, observability, scalability, and reliability.
Develop automated testing and support CI/CD implementation.
Deliver API documentation, database schemas, and operational runbooks.
Collaborate with Front-End Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Support production deployments, issue investigation, and system enhancements.
