About TDR FILMS
TDR FILMS is a Bali-based creative production house specialising in high-quality photo and video content for the F&B, Hospitality, and Documentary sectors. We help brands tell their stories through cinematic, purposeful visuals — and we're growing our in-house editing team.
What you'll do
- Perform professional face retouching on portrait and commercial photos using Adobe Photoshop, with a minimum target of 40 photos per day
- Apply advanced retouching techniques including skin smoothing, blemish removal, dodge & burn, frequency separation, and facial feature enhancement
- Maintain a natural, realistic look in all retouched outputs — over-editing is not the TDR FILMS standard
- Ensure consistency in skin tone and retouching style across batches of photos from the same shoot
- Manage and organise retouched files systematically according to company file structure standards
- Deliver all work on time and complete revisions as directed by the client or creative team
What we're looking for
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop — specifically for face and skin retouching. This is the primary and non-negotiable requirement
- Hands-on experience with professional retouching techniques: frequency separation, dodge & burn, liquify, and healing tools
- Able to work at speed without sacrificing quality — minimum 40 retouched photos per day is required
- Strong eye for natural skin texture, tone, and realistic facial proportion
- Portfolio demonstrating face retouching work — before/after samples are highly preferred
- Organised in file management and disciplined with deadlines
- Able to work on-site in Bali — fresh graduates are welcome as long as retouching skills can be demonstrated
