RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct photo and video shoots based on the approved creative brief and visual direction
- Operate cameras and all production equipment required for photo and video shoots
- Determine and execute lighting setups in accordance with the assigned creative concept
- Be responsible for the technical aspects of photography and videography, including camera angles, framing, exposure, and camera movement
- Curate and select the best photo and video footage before the editing process
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead throughout the production process to ensure the final output aligns with the approved creative concept
- Execute the Creative Lead's direction during photo and video shoots while providing technical input and recommendations when necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Multimedia, or a related field from a reputable university
- Proven experience in editorial, fashion, or commercial photography
- Strong knowledge of photography and videography techniques
- Proficient in operating professional cameras and supporting production equipment
- Solid understanding of basic to advanced lighting techniques, composition, framing, and camera movement
- Possess a strong visual aesthetic and a good understanding of current visual trends in the fashion industry
- Able to work collaboratively and follow the Creative Lead's direction throughout the production process
- Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working effectively under production deadlines and pressure
