About Us
We are a growing creative and marketing agency based in Bali, working with brands, businesses, hospitality, tourism, and lifestyle clients to create engaging visual content for digital platforms.
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Photographer & Videographer to join our small team in Bali.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being behind the camera, working directly with clients, exploring creative ideas, and taking ownership of the entire content production process — from concept and shooting to editing and final delivery.
The Role
As our Photographer & Videographer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality photo and video content for our clients and agency projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots for clients and agency projects.
- Photograph people, products, food, hospitality, events, destinations, and lifestyle content.
- Produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Handle camera, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
- Assist in developing creative concepts, shot lists, and visual directions.
- Edit photos using tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Ensure content is delivered according to the required format, quality, and deadline.
- Work directly with clients during photoshoots and video productions.
- Stay up to date with current visual, social media, photography, and videography trends.
- Maintain and organize photography/video equipment and digital files.
- Occasionally assist with content planning and creative brainstorming.
Requirements
- Must currently be based in Bali.
- Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, Content Creator, or in a similar role.
- Strong photography and videography skills with a good understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Able to handle both shooting and post-production.
- Proficient in photo and video editing software.
- Able to work with professional cameras and basic production equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with clients and adapting to different creative briefs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willing to travel around Bali for client shoots when required.
- A portfolio/showreel is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating content for hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, F&B, fashion, or corporate brands.
- Experience with social media content and short-form video.
- Experience with drone photography/videography.
- Basic knowledge of lighting and audio production.
- Experience working in an agency or freelance environment.
- Creative direction or content planning experience.
