Ruang Rui is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Photo Studio Operation to join our team. This role combines creativity in content production with hands-on operational management of our photo studio. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing digital content across platforms, as well as ensuring smooth studio operations during shoots and daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative content ideas for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Produce photo and video content that aligns with Ruang Rui’s brand identity.
- Edit photos and videos for promotional or portfolio use.
- Manage and schedule content posting across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Handle day-to-day operations of the photo studio, including bookings and client coordination.
- Prepare studio equipment (lighting, backdrop, camera, props) before shoots.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio equipment and space.
- Monitor inventory of studio tools, props, and other production needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Multimedia, Photography, or related field (preferred).
- Proficient in editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work on-site full-time and hybrid in West Jakarta.
- Passionate about photography, visual storytelling, and creative production.
