## 💰 Salary & Benefits
- **Basic Monthly Salary:** IDR 8,000,000
- **Photo Sales Commission:** 5%
- **Housing Allowance:** IDR 900,000 per month

- **Potential Average Monthly Earnings:** IDR 16,000,000–22,000,000+ depending on individual photo sales performance.
## 📋 Job Responsibilities
- Present and showcase guests’ photographs after their photo sessions.
- Recommend suitable photos and packages based on guests’ preferences.
- Communicate with international guests and provide a smooth, enjoyable purchasing experience.
- Achieve individual photo sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout the sales process.
- Follow company service policies and professional conduct requirements.

1. **Trilingual Communication:** Good communication skills in English, Indonesian, and Chinese.
2. **Sales Skills:** Strong sales ability, persuasive communication, and confidence in recommending products.

- 维护酒店服务品质，确保整个销售流程专业、顺畅。
- 遵守公司服务规范及相关工作制度。
