Responsibilities:
Retouch photos to enhance visual appeal while maintaining brand standards
Perform color correction, skin retouching, blemish removal, and other image enhancement as required
Collaborate with photographer and creative team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality result
Ensure consistency and accuracy in retouching across all images
Stay updated on trends and best practices in beauty photography and retouching techniques
Manage and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery
Contribute creative ideas and solutions to improve the overall quality of images
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field
Have at least 1 year of experience in retouching beauty or fashion photography
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and other editing softwares
Strong eye for detail and aesthetics, with a focus on enhancing beauty while maintaining natural looks.
Understanding of color correction, skin retouching, and composition techniques
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Photography and graphic design skill are a plus
to collaborate effectively with photographers and creative team
Hardworking,disciplined, and enthusiastic
