Photo Retoucher — Trove & Co.
Trove & Co. is a jewelry brand known for delicate, timeless pieces in sterling silver and gold vermeil. We're looking for a skilled photo retoucher to join our creative team in Bali and help bring our product imagery to the standard our brand deserves.
The Role
You'll retouch and color correct product and lifestyle photography for our e-commerce site, campaigns, and social channels. Working closely with our creative team, you'll ensure every image is consistent, polished, and true to Trove's clean, refined aesthetic. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Bali. Candidates not currently based in Bali must be willing to relocate before their start date.
What You'll Be Doing
- Retouching product photography with close attention to metal finishes, gemstones, and fine detail
- Skin retouching for lifestyle and campaign shots
- Color correction and consistency across image sets
- Managing your own workflow and delivering files on time
What We're Looking For
- 1 - 3 years of professional retouching experience
- A strong portfolio that includes jewelry, product, and/or fashion imagery
- Advanced Photoshop skills including masking, frequency separation, color grading, and compositing
- A sharp eye for detail and color accuracy
- Someone who works independently, communicates clearly, and handles feedback well
- Proficent with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
