Sebagai Photo Editing - Technical Trainer dengan peran Visual Designer untuk bidang industri Real Estate, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk melatih dan membimbing tim teknis dalam teknik pengeditan foto yang presisi dan efisien. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pengembangan materi pelatihan yang komprehensif mengenai standar kualitas visual, penerapan prinsip desain grafis yang kuat, serta penyempurnaan keterampilan editing foto.

Job Description:

Technical Training and Development: Develop and deliver structured training programs covering photo editing techniques, workflows, tools, and company editing standards.

Coaching and Performance Improvement: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and readiness for production work.

Quality Standards and Technical Support: Ensure photo editors understand and consistently follow the company's photo editing standards and workflows.

Training Planning and Coordination: Prepare training schedules, learning materials, and practical exercises. Maintain records of trainee attendance, progress, assessment results, and training outcomes.

Teamwork and Workplace Culture: Demonstrate patience, understanding, and encouragement when training individuals with different learning abilities and experience levels. Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, integrity, and a willingness to support others.

Job Qualification:

Education: Min. Diploma III (D3) or equivalent three-year diploma in a relevant field, such as Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Photography, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Photo Editor. Experience in Real Estate industry is preferrable.

English: Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate technical instructions clearly.

Strong technical knowledge and practical skills in photo editing software, particularly Adobe Photoshop and other relevant editing tools.

Good understanding of photo editing techniques, image enhancement, color correction, lighting, exposure, and visual composition.

Creative mindset with a good sense of aesthetics, composition, and visual presentation.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical manner.

Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Able to understand, uphold, and demonstrate Christian values and principles in daily work.

Willing to relocate to Belitung, Indonesia, and be based at the company's designated work location.
