About The Client:
LOMO Boutique Hotel is a serene sanctuary nestled in the heart of Uluwatu, beautifully blending modern comfort with effortless Bali charm. Inspired by the Batak Toba word for "Happy," the hotel's philosophy centers on delivering genuine, heartfelt hospitality where every guest feels warmly welcomed. Featuring thoughtfully designed rooms and private villas, alongside a dynamic dual-concept dining space—the relaxed Café LOMO by day and the refined TOBA Bistro by night—LOMO offers an authentic and highly personalized island escape. What You Will Contribute:
As our Photo & Videographer, you will be the visual storyteller for LOMO Boutique Hotel. You will play a crucial role in capturing the essence of our "Happy" philosophy, translating our serene atmosphere, modern design, and culinary experiences into compelling visual content. Working closely with the Content & Communication Manager, your work will directly drive our brand presence across social media, our website, and digital marketing campaigns.
What You Will Do:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos showcasing the hotel’s rooms, private villas, facilities, and surrounding Uluwatu lifestyle.
- Capture dynamic and appetizing Food & Beverage content for both of our dining concepts: the bright, relaxed daytime vibe of Café LOMO and the warm, refined evening atmosphere of TOBA Bistro.
- Produce engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that aligns with current social media trends and the hotel's brand identity.
- Perform post-production tasks including color grading, retouching, sound design, and video editing to ensure all visuals meet LOMO’s aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to brainstorm campaign ideas, develop storyboards, and execute creative briefs.
- Manage and organize all digital assets, ensuring a well-structured media library for easy access by the marketing team.
- Maintain and care for all photography and videography equipment.
- Assist in covering special hotel events, guest experiences, and promotional activities as needed.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A creative and highly motivated visual storyteller with a strong eye for detail, composition, and lighting.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Broadcasting, Photography/Videography, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer, preferably within the hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B industry.
- Proficient in using professional camera equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless, gimbals, lighting setups, drones are a plus).
- Advanced skills in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the latest trends in digital content creation.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to work flexibly, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends to capture the perfect lighting (e.g., sunrise/sunset shots) or cover specific events.
- Must possess a strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous photography and videography work.
