As a Photo & Videographer, you will have full responsibility for the visual content production process, including capturing photos and videos for commercial purposes. Your primary duties will include content planning, commercial photography, photo editing, and the creation of illustrations and motion graphics. You are expected to be proficient in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and other video editing tools to produce engaging, professional promotional materials. Your role also encompasses video recording, videography, and image retouching to ensure consistent visual quality that aligns with the company’s brand identity and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage the Video & Photo Editing team, including workflow, quality, and project timelines.

Develop and maintain HUGeARNS and client's visual editing standards and creative direction.

Oversee the editing of video and photo content for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and marketing activities.

Collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, Social Media, and other teams to translate concepts into compelling visual content.

Ensure all visual content is aligned with HUGeARNS and client's brand identity and campaign objectives.

Review and provide creative feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of visual outputs.

Manage multiple projects and prioritize deliverables according to business needs.

Keep up with current trends in video editing, photography, social media content, motion graphics, and digital visual storytelling.

Are you the one?

High school / Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Film, Creative Media, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in video/photo editing, creative production, or related roles, with experience in a leadership position.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent editing tools.

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color grading, motion graphics, and social media content.

Experience managing a creative team and working with multiple stakeholders.

Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

A portfolio showcasing relevant video and photo editing work is required.

Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, agency, or digital industry is a plus.
