Job Description:
Bali Eco Farm is seeking a dedicated and responsible Public Area Staff member to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all public areas of the farm are clean, well-maintained, and presentable to guests. The successful candidate will also help maintain the gardens, pathways, and surrounding environment in line with our eco-friendly and nature-inspired ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all public areas including restrooms, walkways, and seating areas
Ensure cleanliness of reception area, restaurant exterior, and guest waiting zones
Assist with basic garden maintenance such as sweeping leaves, watering plants, and removing trash
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly
Support waste management practices, including sorting recyclables and compostables
Maintain tools and cleaning equipment in good working condition
Assist in setting up for events or activities in the public areas when required
Qualifications:
Male/Female, maximum age 40
Prior experience in cleaning, gardening, or maintenance preferred (but not required)
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Honest, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Willing to learn and adapt to eco-friendly practices
Domicile in Ubud or nearby area prefered
