Responsibilities :
Indoor Cleaning :
- Maintain a clean and sanitised environment throughout the co-working space, including common areas, private offices, meeting rooms, kitchen, and gym equipment.
- Empty trash bins, vacuum and mop floors, dust all surfaces, blinds, and window sills.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms following sanitary guidelines.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and other essential items for daily operations.
- Clear rubbish/cups from desks and other work surfaces.
- Wipe down and disinfect gym equipment at regular intervals throughout the day.
Outdoor Maintenance :
- Keep the grounds free of debris, litter, and fallen leaves.
- Perform basic landscaping tasks such as raking, weeding, and trimming (light trimming only).
- Assist with power-washing exterior areas as needed.
General Support :
- Assist with setting up and breaking down furniture for meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Report any maintenance issues discovered during cleaning rounds to the Cleaning Lead.
- Assist the maintenance technician with minor projects upon request.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the co-working space.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning or a related field.
- Native Indonesian and knowledge of speaking basic English.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional cleaning services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to learn tasks and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping principles is a plus.
