Personal Brand Content Strategist (Full-time, Hybrid)
📍 West Jakarta | Hybrid (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)
Hi! I’m Eiren Pangkey, Founder of Bloomify Space and With Shyne.
I’m looking for someone who doesn’t just manage social media—but someone who can help build brands, shape ideas, and create content that truly makes an impact.
Every day, I have dozens of ideas from coaching sessions, client meetings, business experiences, and marketing strategies. I need someone who can organize those ideas, challenge them, develop them, and turn them into powerful content that builds authority.
If you love storytelling, branding, marketing, and content creation, we might be the perfect team.
What You’ll Do
* Brainstorm content ideas directly with me.
* Turn conversations into engaging content.
* Develop content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
* Write hooks, scripts, captions, and carousel concepts.
* Plan monthly content calendars.
* Coordinate content production and shooting days.
* Research trends while maintaining strong brand positioning.
* Analyze content performance and provide weekly insights.
* Collaborate with our designer, editor, and videographer to bring ideas to life.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Is curious and loves asking great questions.
* Thinks strategically—not just creatively.
* Has excellent writing and communication skills.
* Understands storytelling and personal branding.
* Is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Is comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
* Understands Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and digital marketing.
* Enjoys learning, growing, and receiving feedback.
Bonus Points If You
* Have experience building a founder’s personal brand.
* Understand marketing, sales, or business.
* Can design simple visuals in Canva.
* Can edit short-form videos in CapCut.
* Have basic knowledge of Meta Ads.
