Responsibilities :
- Manage the BOD daily schedule, including appointments, meeting, and travel arrangements.
- Assisting the BOD in prioritizing task and deadlines.
- Manage travel related documentation and coordinate administrative requirements to support business trips and official travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications professionaly
Requariment :
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Personal Assistant
- Required languange : English is Must
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Detail Oriented, proactive, and well organized.
- have a driver’s license A&C
- Can join ASAP
