Job Description
Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily priorities efficiently.
Handle communication on behalf of the executive, including emails, calls, and messages.
Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and other materials required by the executive.
Arrange business and personal travel needs, including bookings, itineraries, and logistical support.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and important engagements.
Conduct research and gather information relevant to the executive’s needs and decisions.
Serve as a key contact person between the executive and colleagues, clients, or external partners.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive documents, conversations, and business matters.
Track pending matters, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
Support daily administrative and personal coordination tasks for the executive.
Keep records and files well-organized for efficient reference.
Carry out other support duties as needed to assist the executive effectively.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and common office tools.
Able to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
Highly trustworthy with strong integrity and discretion.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate needs.
Flexible and adaptable in handling both business and personal support tasks.
